Our facility is equipped with a range of advanced metallurgical testing and analysis equipment:

• We utilize a Thermo Fisher spectrometer with 22 elements to perform elemental analysis of our raw materials and finished products.
• Our Olympus digital microscope is used for high-resolution imaging and analysis of our products.
• We also use a Spectro Analytical Instrument made in Germany to analyze the composition of our materials in real-time during the manufacturing process.
• Our advanced image analyzer software and microscope are used to perform detailed analysis of the microstructure of our products.
• We have a dedicated facility for performing tensile and impact testing to evaluate the mechanical properties of our materials.
• Our ultrasonic metascope is used to detect any internal defects or inclusions in our products. This non-destructive testing technique is critical for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
• Our digital Rockwell and Brinell hardness testing machines, as well as our Vickers hardness tester made by Mitutoyo Japan, are used to evaluate the hardness of our materials.
• Our ultrasonic hardness tester is used to perform non-destructive testing of our materials.
• We deploy an eddy current testing machine to detect surface cracks and defects in our materials.
• We offer ultrasonic and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) testing to evaluate the quality of our products.
• Our auto polishing machine and hot mounting machine are used to prepare samples for testing. These machines ensure that our samples are properly prepared for analysis, allowing us to achieve accurate and relable results.
