• Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), including a Mitutoyo machine from Japan and a ZEISS machine.
• Profile Projectors from Mitutoyo in Japan.
• Contracer cum Roughness Tester, exclusively for checking roughness on fillet area of crankshaft, from Mahr in Germany.
• Surface Roughness Testers from Mitutoyo in Japan.
• Trimos Master Height Gauge.
• Adcole Cylindrical Coordinate Measuring for crankshafts.
• Ultrasonic Hardness Tester for crankshafts.
• Contamination Measurement Kit from Millipore.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) facility from QNet in the UK.
