Our facilities include:

• Continuous Hardening & Tempering Quench Type Furnace: With a capacity of 4 tons per hour, this furnace is equipped with an instrumentation panel for temperature controls and recording. It also features SCADA software with data logging and history recording capabilities.
• Ultra-Modern Hardening & Tempering Furnace has a polymer quenching facility and a capacity of 2 tons per hour. It utilizes advanced technology to ensure precise and consistent heat treatment processes.
• Our ISO thermal annealing chamber provides uniform heating and cooling to achieve optimal material properties.
• Our normalizing furnace is used to achieve uniform material properties through controlled cooling.
• Our heat treatment facilities also includes controlled cooling capabilities for micro alloys, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
